Joe Volat
Founder

Joe Volat brings nearly two decades of technology, marketing and communications experience to his clients. Beginning his career with leading agencies such A&R Partners and Spark, Joe helped launch Atheros Communications and Airgo Networks, two of the most successful startups to emerge from the Wi-Fi boom, at turns helping them through launch, public offering and acquisition. Most recently, Joe has represented a range of companies – both as internal public relations manager and independent counsel – that span multiple sectors including semiconductor, networking equipment, consumer electronics and computer security.

Joe has worked closely with a variety of companies – from small start-ups to large public corporations – using his degree and early experience as a journalist to quickly grasp complex technologies and create compelling narratives that help to strengthen product and corporate brands.

Milestone PR operates as a virtual firm and will bring together a team of seasoned practitioners, depending on your needs and the skills required to communicate to the groups you care about.

Nancy MacGregor

Nancy MacGregor is a seasoned communications & content strategy professional with a 20+-year record of achievement leading global PR and content marketing efforts for established and emerging companies within an array of B2B and consumer sectors: security, wireless / networking, SaaS, financial services software, search, e-commerce and enterprise software. She has worked with industry leaders like Ruckus Wireless, SLI Systems, Brillio, Verodin and Nominum, and her efforts have generated coverage in media outlets such as CNBC, NPR, Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and a host of tech publications. She has also ghostwritten numerous articles for clients in online media sites such as ClickZ, Internet Retailer, Dark Reading and Forbes. Nancy has solid experience developing and directing strategic PR programs in fast-paced, dynamic environments, as well as managing content development campaigns to support sales goals and key corporate initiatives.

Cheryl Delgreco

Cheryl Delgreco has more than 20 years of providing counsel to established and emerging technology companies and event producers, helping them build brand recognition and carve out strong and early market leadership positions. Her passion is category creation, and she has driven programs that set benchmarks in the consumer, digital health, automotive, mobile and event sectors. She has forged strong and lasting media relationships, which she leverages for clients. She currently serves a member of the Consumer Technology Association Mentor Program, MassChallenge’s Mentor Program and co-chairs the Boston chapter of mBolden.
